Our Castillo is a 100% Arabica, SCA-certified specialty coffee grown on our family's farms — Samaniego and La Fortuna, in Acevedo, Colombia. Farmed at high altitude using techniques passed down through four generations, every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness for maximum flavor.
